BAL Certificates

A Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Certificate is required for Complying Development and states that he development is not located within BAL-40 or Flame Zone.

Bushfire Assessment Reports

Required for most Development Applications through council and covers all bushfire protection measures including:

Asset Protection Zones
Access
Building and Construction
Water Supply and Utilities
Landscaping
Emergency Management

Certification

Certification that the development meets the requirements of the prescribed Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) and other Development Application conditions required by Council.
